Inspection according to Lift Directive 2014/33/EU

When commissioning a new lift, you, the manufacturer, must prove that the system meets the applicable technical provisions and the health and safety protection requirements of Lift Directive 2014/33/EU.
DEKRA has been supporting manufacturers since 1997 as one of the first notified bodies with lift systems all over Europe with conformity assessments and certifications when implementing these requirements. After passing the tests, you can issue the Declaration of Conformity required in the EU and affix the CE label to your lifts.
Depending on what your targets are – we have the right services for you. If you wish to construct a large number of one lift type, you can save considerable time and costs with an EU type examination for the system, as essential parts of the conformity assessment only need to be carried out once. A certified quality assurance system allows you to provide conformity evidence in your own responsibility.
